It's God that invited us to His glorious grace...
When I went to the chuch yesterday, I received a tag on which there was a biblical quote saying; "...as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him (Ephesisans 1:4)". I then pondered if I had been leading a life as worthily as to be called a child of God... Doubtful... I do wish to sense the word of God much nearer at every moment...
---------
Quality of life
I have to take into consideration "quality of life"... I have to spend time fully as if it's a precious thing! Looking back upon what I did today, I feel I did nothing special..., just wasted most of my time... Wondering if I could have made a step forward than where I was yesterday... "Progress!", which I want to feel desperately!
---------
A small thing that makes my life rich!
It's truly good to have matters of concern in common with those near you. Carrie and I am interested in learning foreign langagues, and we often talk about differences of expressions found in different langauges, views and values of different cultures etc... I can learn something new that I overlooked in Japanese language or in Japanese way of thinking etc. through carrie's eyes. Besides learning foreign langauges, we share "Catholic faith" in common, which unites us firmly and makes our lives much richer! Cannot help being grateful to Carrie!
