A renewal of the weblog: the third time's the charm!
Surprisingly enough, it is almost a year ago when I last updated my weblog... That is, I wrote a record of my daily life only once ever throughout the entire year last year!!!(it doesn't mean that there was nothing much to write about though...) Although it's already been a week or so since the year 2006 started, I've set my mind to start it over again to keep the blog, and have just renewed it! Hope that I can regularly update this blog!

New Year's Resolution!
In my 9th year as a Catholic, I'd like to grow much further in the faith this year. I wonder how much my faith has become rich in the past 8 years... There seems little progress to my eyes... As one "eats" food for physical growth, I think I have to thoroughly "pray" for spiritual growth, which I was severely lacking in during the past year... Wish that everything can be done with the following phrase as my motto: "in the presence of God!"
Here are ohter things I'd like to achieve this year:
(1)Learn basic Chinese
(2)Pass STEP 1st grade
(3)Do jog once or twice a week along with weight training
(4)Regularly read treatises on SLA or TESOL

Bridal Photographs
Carrie and I took the bridal photos on January 1st. We had already taken the bridal photos dressed in Western style in Taiwan in the past August, so this time we took the photos in a Japanese traditionl way dressed in kimono. Because of the heavy wig constricting on her head, Carrie felt a little sick while shooting the second round. After a rest for a while, however, her condition turend a little better and we could barely get it though! We're going to have a wedding ceremony on June 17th in Taipei, Taiwan.
