First day of working out at a gym
I went to a gym to work out for the first time this year. It had been more than a week since I last worked out, so I took it easy for today just making up for the lack of training over the past week. Today I just focused on abdominals and chest: I exercised abdominals using crunch machine and also I did incline barbell press as well as pec-deck flye. I spent only half an hour or so today(I usually spend more than an hour though...), but it was good enough as a starter. Tomorrow, I will exercise biceps, triceps, shoulders and legs.

This afternoon, I happend to watch the movie titled "Always 3 cho-me no yu-hi(setting sun)". I was first attracted simply by the nostalgic air spreading on the screen, but as the story went on, I was completely drawn in by the warm and fuzzy way of living depicted in the movie. Although they were materially poor back then in 1930s in Japan, they led spiritually affluent life feeling each other's personal warmth, which people of our time seem to have forgotten seeking only for the material abundance...
